Return & Refund Policy

At HERCOZY-NEST, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to request a return and how refunds are processed.

Return Period

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
  • Items returned beyond 14 days cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, shapewear, undergarments)
  • Beauty & personal care products
  • Jewelry and pierced accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Hercozynest001@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return authorization and the correct return address.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
  4. Ship using a trackable service and share the tracking number with our team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • HERCOZY-NEST error (wrong, damaged, defective): We cover the full return shipping cost.

We recommend a trackable shipping service; we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/processor timelines may vary).
  • If the item does not meet eligibility (used, washed, missing tags, etc.), the refund may be denied or issued as store credit.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or payment statement again.
  2. Contact your card issuer; posting times can vary.
  3. If 10 business days have passed and you still haven’t received it, email us at support@hercozy-nest.com.

Notes & Conditions

  • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a delivery, the return shipping and any associated fees may be deducted from your refund.
  • Please keep your return tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
